Opening Spark Plus’s second branch in Bundang to strengthen office infrastructure in the Seoul metropolitan area

Spark Plus, a native shared office, announced on the 28th that it will open its second store in Bundang, Seongnam-si, Gyeonggi-do next month.
The second branch in Bundang is the second shared office to open in Gyeonggi-do after the Bundang branch near Jeongja Station in April. At the time of the opening of the Bundang branch, the number of lounge users is doubling every month as well as receiving more than 1,000 inquiries per month. As a result, the second store was decided to open because it was judged that demand for shared offices was high in Bundang.
Spark Plus’s second Bundang branch will be located on the second floor of Humax Village in Bundang-gu, Seongnam. Since it is located in the superstation area of Suin Bundang Line, it will be set up as a convenient office for local residents in the southeastern part of Gyeonggi-do, including 400,000 residents of Bundang New Town.
Spark Plus’s business lounge, the second branch of Bundang, is also set up, making it easy to introduce a base office service. Various work spaces such as meeting rooms and focus rooms will also be created.
In addition, a system will be applied to help users conveniently, such as visiting branches and booking seats through Spark Plus application. Any of our customers can enter the branch with the app QR code (mobile key card), so they can work efficiently at the base.
The surrounding infrastructure is also diverse. Located in the main commercial district of Susae Station in Bundang, there are many convenience facilities such as Lotte Department Store and Lotte Mall, and Tancheon and Bundang Central Park are also adjacent to each other, providing a pleasant working environment. It is predicted that it will absorb demand for offices in Bundang Pangyo Business District (BBD).
