 History
Wm. T. Follis, LLC, Realtors, was founded in 1921 by Wm. T. Follis Sr. Wm. T. Follis Jr., joined the firm in 1946, and established the Appraisal Division. In 1970 W. Thomas Follis, grandson of the founder, became a partner. Each has served as President of the Bellingham/Whatcom County Association of Realtors and has received the Realtor of the Year Award granted by the Association of Realtors. W. Thomas Follis currently serves as the designated broker for the firm. In 1999, Wm. T. Follis, LLC, Realtors Commercial Sales Division opened to serve the growing needs of the area and specifically downtown Bellingham. Also in 1999, Wm. T. Follis, LLC, Realtors Real Estate School was established to better serve the needs of the community. Agents We have eleven licensed sales agents in the office and several of them are licensed brokers. They are high caliber professionals with diverse backgrounds. They are all committed to the Business of Real Estate. Office and Staff Our office is fully equipped with an integrated network of computer and communication systems. We have instance access to all the Multiple Listing Services, the Public Record Searches, and other tools and services that our agents and appraisers need in order to better serve you. We also have four full time staff to accommodate all your needs. They help coordinate meetings, set schedules, answer your calls when your agent is not available, and they are your personal couriers to ensure the timely processing and delivery of all your documents. |
